Camp Catch Your Breath 2005 featured a medieval theme. Campers learned how to assemble armor, witnessed jousting and watched as acrobats juggled knives. They also learned how to properly use peak flow meters, how to avoid their asthma triggers and good nutrition. It was fun-filled week at Jackson's Mill.
